We are the newest villa vacation park in the Philippines

Park Mayon Philippines is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Manager for 40 hours a week at our Ligao Office in Q3 2022

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of a small team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the reception starting each day at 07:30.

Your tasks include general reception activities, in particular the reception of guests and customers visiting our office. You will answer calls and forward them internally as appropriate. In addition, you coordinate general room management and catering in the conference area. You will also manage and take care of general service activities (e.g. contact with taxi service providers).

  • Responsible for reception, being the first point of contact in the business
  • Solely responsible for the day-to-day and handling the office and facilities management, including: Leading team and responsible to all staff members
  • First point of contact and accountable for resolving all operational tasks
  • Focal point for IT support and supporting all office technical issues
  • Own employees life cycle, from on-boarding of new hires to off-boarding
  • Responsible for Health & Safety and Fire Safety compliance
  • Manage office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Act as an Executive Assistant to the General manager.
  • Lead all employee experience & engagement initiatives, plan and organize logistics for all company events, team meetings and social activities

Background & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role for 2+ years
  • Excellent MS Office suite applications skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) G-Suite and related software
  • Positive, energetic and Proactive with a strong can-do approach
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, strong multi tasking abilities
  • Results-driven, with excellent prioritization of workload and deadlines
  • Flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others
  • Proven Project Management Capabilities
  • Has the ability to communicate well with all levels (internal and external)
  • Experience working in global environment – an advantage
  • Team player with a positive attitude, the ability to maintain confidential information, exercise good judgment, make decisions and enforce the firm’s policies and procedures

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with a hands-on mentality;
  • Friendly appearance and a high degree of independence and flexibility;
  • Strong communication skills and high service standards;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Good written and spoken Tagalog and English language skills are a must.
  • Offers assistance and directions to all visitors at the Campus, and takes accurate messages as needed
  • Performs all other assigned duties by the Directors of Admissions.

Your salary will start from ₱ 1200,00 till 1500,00 per day
